Project overview
The Buy with Prime for Meta Ads project represents a transformative approach to e-commerce, enabling customers to complete purchases without leaving the social platforms. This seamless integration differentiates between first-party (1P) ads from Amazon and third-party (3P) ads from merchants using the Buy with Prime service. The initiative aimed to provide a frictionless shopping experience by leveraging Amazon's trusted checkout process and fast delivery options, thus boosting merchant conversion rates and enhancing customer satisfaction.
My role
In my capacity as a Lead UX Writer, I specialized in crafting the content that accompanied merchants on their journey within the "Buy with Prime" interface. My focus was on the touchpoints where merchants interacted directly with the Buy with Prime features — from initial onboarding to the various steps leading up to the launch of their campaigns. My writing aimed to streamline the complex processes of setup and integration, delivering a clear, concise, and user-centric narrative that empowered merchants to effectively utilize the platform.
