Conducting and applying user testing to all the marketing campaigns.
Editing existing copy for clarity, consistency and tone of voice.
Align with compliance and legal teams during the content development and approval process.
Led the effort to create a unified style guide.
Collaborating with designers, researchers, product managers, analytics team and engineers to meet business and user goals.
My work includes microcopy, emailers, direct response copy, direct mail campaigns and solicitations, account management communications, brochures and collateral materials.
